Cwm Broadwell House lies within its own valley of 35 acres, enjoying glorious unspoilt panoramic views. Half of the house is built of stone and a wealth of timber beams and the other enjoys high ceilings and beautiful pine floors. The 'tall hall', with its views across the valley, rises from ground to roof-level

Outside, the house has an enclosed garden with a rose pergola rising over timber steps. These lead to the top garden with its enclosed lawn, which in turn gives onto Mutton Dingle and the Radnor forest beyond.

The kitchen has a timber-beamed ceiling, Rayburn, gas/elec range cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The walk in larder houses a cold table, a large freezer, washer/dryer and Belfast sink.
