Half way down the border between England and Wales, the properties are close to the Offa's Dyke footpath and the popular towns of Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye and Presteigne.
Large Holiday Cottage - Brookside Farmhouse, rich with period details and furnished with antiques, accommodates up to 12 people plus two guests in two double and two twin rooms, with a further two twin rooms with an extra bed in each.
Stylish, modern and full of light Cwm Broadwell Barn is set in a beautiful private valley of 35 acres divided by streams and boarded by woodland rising up to the Radnor Forest.
Cwm Broadwell Barn accommodates up to 10 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms.
Both properties offer exceptional standards of comfort, WiFi and large private enclosed gardens with large 6-8 seater hot tubs available for use throughout the year.
For those seeking a more relaxed retreat, the surrounding countryside is a peaceful home to red kites, buzzards, merlins and wide variety of rare animals and plants. Nearby shops supply superb local produce, and an excellent range of restaurants and pubs - some Michelin starred - offer delicious locally sourced and home-cooked food.The magnificent scenery of the Radnor Hills offers a wide variety of outdoor pursuits: hiking, pony trekking, kayaking, fishing, cycling and paragliding are all available locally, and nearby Kington has the highest golf course in England and luxury health Spa.
For special occassions such as Weddings or Birthdays, we are now able to offer floral arrangements and ouside catering. Also,we soon hope to open our new micro brewery Radnorshire Ales at Brookside Farm.
